What You Can Contact Me About

Four reasons people typically reach out

Each type of enquiry is handled differently. Here is what to expect from each one.

Pipeline

Request a tool review

If there is a tool in any of the 12 review categories that you think deserves an honest, hands-on assessment — send it through. I prioritise tools with high user interest, meaningful search volume, and cases where existing reviews are thin or overly promotional.

Expect: A response confirming whether the tool fits the current review pipeline and an estimated timeframe.
Urgent

Flag a correction or outdated information

If you have found a factual error, a pricing discrepancy, or a finding that newer independent evidence contradicts — this is the highest-priority type of message. Every correction request is checked against the source and, if substantiated, the review is updated with a note on what changed and why.

Expect: A response within two business days. If the correction is substantiated, an updated review note citing the change.
Evidence

Ask about the methodology

If a score or verdict seems inconsistent with something you observed directly — or if you want to understand how a specific finding was reached — I will explain the testing conditions, sources consulted, and the reasoning behind the conclusion. Disagreement is welcome when it comes with evidence.

Expect: A detailed response explaining the specific testing context and sources behind the finding in question.
Limited

Writing or content collaboration

I take a limited number of content writing and SEO consultation engagements in the SaaS, AI tools, fintech, and digital marketing categories. If the project requires the same standard of research and honesty as the work on this site, it is worth discussing. I do not write promotional content that contradicts verifiable evidence.

Expect: An initial response within three business days with questions about the project scope and alignment with the work standard on this site.
Response Times

What to expect after sending a message

Every message is read personally. Response times differ by enquiry type.

Corrections and errors
1 - 2 days
Highest priority. If you have found a factual error, pricing discrepancy, or contradicting evidence, this is treated as urgent. If the correction is substantiated, the review is updated promptly.
📬
Review requests and questions
2 - 3 days
Review requests, methodology questions, and general enquiries are read and responded to within two to three business days. Not every tool request can be added to the pipeline immediately.
🤝
Collaboration enquiries
3 - 5 days
Collaboration and professional enquiries are given a more considered response. Expect a reply within three to five business days with any clarifying questions about scope and standards.
What This Contact Form Is Not For

Requests I do not take

Being clear about this saves both sides time.

  1. Paid or pre-agreed verdicts

Paid reviews or sponsored content where the verdict is agreed in advance. Affiliate relationships exist on some reviews — but the verdict is not negotiable.

  2. Softening a published score

Requests to remove or soften a legitimate negative finding from a published review because a brand does not like the score it received.

  3. Promotional copy that contradicts evidence

Requests to write content that contradicts verifiable evidence for the purpose of promoting a product or service. That is not something this site does.

  4. Bulk outreach and templated PR

Bulk outreach and PR pitches sent to hundreds of sites simultaneously. If a message is clearly templated, it does not receive a response.

  5. Reviews in exchange for free access

Requests for a review in exchange for free access to a paid plan. Tool access is helpful but does not change the testing standard or the verdict.
